Besides her husband, five daughters and four sons survive. They are Mrs. Alex Hiltz and Mrs. Percy Corkum, of Forties; Mary and Dolly, at home; and Elizabeth Anne with relatives; Eric, Henry, Ernest, and Alfred, all at home; also her mother, Mrs. Sarah Hiltz of Aylesford; two sisters, Mrs.Edgar Bezanson of Aldersville; Mrs. Gordon Veinotte of Dalhousie; four brothers, Percy and Jack Hiltz of Forties; Wilfred of Dalhousie, and Arthur of Morristown. The funeral was conducted by Rev. P.G. Corbin, on Sunday afternoon from her home to St. Augustine of Hippo Church, and was very large. Interment was made in the church cemetery. The flowers were many and beautiful testifying to the esteem in which the deceased was held. (written on obit - 1939.)6
