BEZANSON -- The death of Ronald D. Bezanson. age 90 years, of Mount Royal Lodge, Saskatoon, occurred at his residence on October 7, 1974. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 9th at 10:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Saskatoon Funeral Home conducted by Archdeacon H. W. Brandrick.
Surviving are: five daughters, Mrs. Margaret Clarkson of Edmonton, Mrs Rose Cydeyko of Ft. St. John, Mrs Moreen Westgate of Chatwynn. B. C., Mrs. Theresa Lovell of Vernon and Mrs. Betty St. Denis of Saskatoon; a son, William of Saskatoon; 24 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife Bridgett in 1964.
Mr Bezanson was born in Kentville, Nova Scotia and came west in 1910 to homestead at Ft. Pitt. He served overseas during World War I and following discharge continued to farm. During World War II he served with the Veterans Home Guard. Mr. Bezanson had resided in Saskatoon for the past 15 years. He was a member of Branch No 63 Royal Canadian Legion. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery.

William A. Bezanson, 71, of 33 Oak Grove Trail, died Tuesday at Nashua Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Lowell. Mass., June 12, 1915, a son of the late Roland S. and Ethel E. (Hudson) Bezanson. He was married to the late Rita M. (Morrison) Bezanson, who died in 1993.
Educated in Chelmsford, Mass., he graduated from Chelmsford High School and Lowell Commercial College, Lowell. Mass.
Mr. Bezanson was employed for 35 years by the New England Telephone Co., serving as a power inspector.
During world War II he served with the U.S. Coast Guard.
A resident of Nashua for several years. Mr. Bezanson had previously made his home in Chelmsford, Mass.
He was a communicant of St. Joseph Church. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Members of his family include two daughters, Diane M. Allen of Dunstable, Mass., and Martha G. Barr of Nashua; two grandsons, Robert C. Allen, Jr. and Sean W. Allen, both of Dunstable. Mass.
The Farwell Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

The funeral Mass will be sung on Tuesday, May 12, 1964 at 10 am., from St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, conducted by Rev. T. P. Coyne. Westwood Memorial Chapel will be in charge
Surviving are: her husband, Ronald; five daughters, Mrs. R Clarkson (Margaret), Barhead, Alta; Mrs. J. Cydeyko, Fort St. John, BC; Mrs. V. Lovell (Theresa), Lacadena, Sask; Mrs. E. Westgate (Moreen), Chetwynd, B C; Mrs. T. St Denis (Betty), Saskatoon; one son, William, Saskatoon; 23 grandchildren.
Mrs. Bezanson wa born in Edinburgh, Scotland and came to Canada in 1920. She was married at Lloydminster in 1920 and she and her husband homesteaded in the Fort Pitt district, where they farmed until their retirement in 1958, when they moved to Saskatoon. She had resided here since.
Prayers will be said from St. Mary's Church, Monday, Mav ll, at 8 pm. Interment will take place In the family plot in the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
