BEZANSON, Howard Eston - 96, formerly of Middle River, Chester Basin, died February 23, 1998, in Armview Estates, Halifax.
Born in Chester Basin, he was a son of the late Nelson and Alvernia (Croft) Bezanson. He was a retired cooper and farmer. He was a lifetime member of Chester Basin Over 40 Club and attended Aenon United Baptist Church from early childhood.
Surviving are nephews, Dr. Edward Bezanson, Waldo E. Bezanson, Middle River; many other relatives.
He was predeceased by his wife, the former Irene Dixon; brothers, William, Milford, Raymond.
Visitation 7-9 p.m. today in Davis Funeral Home, Chester. Funeral 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Aenon United Baptist Church, Chester Basin, Rev. Leo Gallant officiating. Burial in Lakeview Cemetery, Chester Basin.
