Florence Turner Putnam was born in 1875.1 She married Reverend Walter Scott Bezanson on 15 August 1897 at the home of her parents, Franklin Street, Newburyport, Massachusetts. He was 21. The ceremony was performed by Elder W. H. Murphy.2,3 Florence Turner Putnam died on 16 December 1909 at 21 West Concord Street, Dover, New Hampshire.4,1 She was buried in Pine Hill Cemetery, Dover, New Hampshire.5

Death of Mrs. W. S. Bezanson.
The Dover, N. H., Democrat of Dec. 16 contained the following in regard to the death ot Mrs. Bezanson:
"Mrs. Florence T., wife of Rev. W. S. Bezanson, pastor of the Advent Christian church, entered into rest at her home. West Concord street, this (Thursday) morning, aged 34 years. Mrs. Bezanson had been in poor health for the past few years buffering from tuberculosis, but the recent development of erysipelas was the cause of her death, she having been a great sufferer during the past few weeks. Mrs. Bezanson was born in Newburyport, Mass., and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John. J. Putnam of Swamscott, Mass. She was married to Rev. Mr. Bezanson twelve years ago last August. She was an earnest christian woman, a faithful wife and loving mother, kind hearted and affectionate ahd possessing qualities of heart and mind that made her loved and respected by all who had the pleasure of her acquaintance, and hosts of friends will mourn her early death. She is survived by husband, three sons, one daughter, mother and father, four sisters, Mrs. Grace Gerrish, Miss Inez Putnam, both of Swamscott, Mass., Mrs. O. G. Shaw and Miss Emma Putnam, both of Lynn, Mass., and one brother, Herbert L. Putnam, of Worcester, Mass., to all of whom universal svmpathv is extended. The funeral services were held at the parsonage No. 21 West Concord street, Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. The services were conducted by Rev. J. H. Murphy of Belmont, N. H., who performed the wedding ceremony of Rev. and Mrs. Bezanson."4

Daisy Frances Cole was born on 1 August 1876 at Milton, Maine.1,2 She married Reverend Walter Scott Bezanson on 19 June 1911 at Milton, New Hampshire. She was 34. He was 35.3,4 Daisy Frances Cole and Reverend Walter Scott Bezanson were photographed with Ralph Prescott Bezanson, Raymond Moody Bezanson, Harlan Birtwell Bezanson, Mildred Louise Bezanson and Reverend Ronald Scott Bezanson circa 1915. Daisy Frances Cole died on 28 April 1959 at Memorial Hospital, Brattleboro, Vermont, at age 82.1,2 She was buried in Pine Hill Cemetery, Dover, New Hampshire.5

Born on Aug. 1, 1876, in Milton, Me., she was the daughter of Samuel and Arvilla (Swett) Cole. She was married to Mr. Bezanson on June 19, 1911, at Milton, N. H. Mr. and Mrs. Bezanson came to the Advent Christian Home 10 years ago from Kezar Falls, Me. They had served parishes throughout New England.
Besides her husband she leaves a son, Rev. Ronald Scott Bezanson, pastor of the Advent Christian Church in Los Angeles; two step-sons, Harlan Bezanson of West Hartford and Raymond Bezanson of Bristol, Conn; a step-daughter, Mrs. Mildred Dudley of Yalesville, Conn; and one sister, Mrs. Bertha Pappas of Hartford.
