     Bessie Duffy was born on 24 March 1868 at New Brunswick.^2,3 She married Henry G. Marr on 17 September 1890 at Moncton, New Brunswick. She was 22. He was 31.⁴ Bessie (Duffy) Marr was the informant listed on the death certificate of Susanetta Bezanson who died 7 May 1933.⁵ Bessie Duffy died on 10 November 1950 at Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, New Brunswick, at age 82. The informant on her death certificate was John Henry Marr.⁶

Duffy is described as age 36 which is a variance of 9 years from prior census entries, and he was called Bert in most of those censuses, so there is something amiss here.⁵

     DeWitt Talmadge Duffy was born on 27 November 1876 at Hillsborough, New Brunswick.¹ He began military service on 14 June 1917.¹ He died on 9 October 1918 at age 41.³ He was buried in Orpington All Saints Churchyard Extension, Orpington, London Borough of Bromley, Greater London, England.³
