The ceremony was performed by Reverend John Gee.5 James Ellsworth Bezanson was a cooper at Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia, at the time of his marriage.5 He married Mrs. Annie Mable (Gillis) Taylor on 9 May 1923 at Bridgetown, Nova Scotia. He was 53. She was 40.6,7 James Ellsworth Bezanson died on 19 December 1948 at age 79.1,4 He was buried in Anglican Church Cemetery, Bridgetown, Nova Scotia.4
