Michael Carter Sinclair was born on 31 December 1941 at New York, New York.1 He appeared on the census of 1950 at Beacon Terrace, Middletown, Rhode Island, in the household of John Edward Sinclair and Edith Coralie Bezanson.3 Michael Carter Sinclair married Carol Sue Hanson on 30 November 1961 at Madison County, Tennessee. He was 19.4,1 Michael Carter Sinclair and Carol Sue Hanson were divorced on 22 February 1982 at Vermont.5 Michael Carter Sinclair married Deborah (?).1 Michael Carter Sinclair was living at Hillsboro, New Hampshire, in 1988.2 He died on 7 January 2011 at age 69.1

LAVEEN, Ariz. - Michael Carter Sinclair, 69, of Laveen, Ariz., cherished husband, father and grandfather, passed away on Jan. 7, 2011.
Michael was born in New York City, N.Y. on Dec. 31, 1941, and was raised in Scituate, R.I.
He formerly resided in Barre, Hillsborough, N.H., and Edinburg, Ill. Michael worked in many capacities throughout his lifetime. His career included work in radio, television, politics, and Emergency Planning. He was a news correspondent for WCAXTV in Burlington, Secretary of Civil and Military Affairs and Press Secretary to Governor Snelling of Vermont, and most recently worked as a Radiological Emergency Planner for the State of Illinois Emergency Management Agency. He traveled abroad extensively providing training to foreign countries on behalf of the International Atomic Energy Agency. Michael lived with brain cancer for two years with amazing grace. His sense of humor and grit gave strength to his family and all who met him.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah; his children, Peter (wife, Brenda), Jaime (husband, Darren) and Kelly; his grandchildren, Mariah, Rebecca, Gabriel, Mark, Morgan, Dylan, Jacob, Emelia, Lauren, Claudia, and Ethan; and pets, Caesar, Sid, and Pounce.
Michael was predeceased by his son, Brian; former wife, Carol Hanson; and his parents, Edith and Jack Sinclair.
A private family celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
