Obituary of Darren Bezanson
It is with a heavy heart that my husband and best friend of 35 years passed away suddenly on May 15th, 2021.
Darren will be sadly missed by his wife, his children, his brothers, sisters, grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his wife, Claudette; son, Derek (Melissa), British Columbia; daughters, Ynette (Philip), PEI, and Suzanne, Halifax; his 6 grandchildren, Travis, Keegan, Hayden, Ava, Shanti, and Zachary; brothers, Darrell, Kentville, Robert (Annette), Lower Sackville, Larry (Dolores), Lower Sackville; sisters, Liz, New Brunswick, Jackie, Kentville, Yvonne; his stepbrothers, Larry, Danny; and stepsister, Tammi.
He was predeceased by his parents, Jessie, and Gordon Bezanson.
Darren had a passion and love for his Harley bike and was at his happiest while he was on the road riding. He was a very kind soft-hearted man, willing to give a helping hand to anyone in need.
Arrangements and cremation have been entrusted to J. J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists; burial will take place at a later date.

He enjoyed listening to and playing country music. He is survived by his wife, the former Grace "Lottie" Butler; sons, Weldon, Ontario; Chris (Judy), Kentville; stepsons, Delbert (Lynn) Sanford, Centreville; John (Carol) Sanford, Alberta; daughters, Georgina (Manley) Maricle, Ontario; Cathy (Ronald) Bennett, Coldbrook; Helen (Clifford) (Parish) Slauenwhite, Kentville; brother, Emmerson, Waterville; half-brother, Earl, Steam Mill; 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

Weldon Wesley Best -- 71, of Casey Corner, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at home, surrounded by loved ones. Born in Kentville, he was a son of the late Laura Minnie Bezanson.
Weldon worked as a truck driver for the majority of his working career, he was also a certified driving instructor. He worked for various companies, including Keddy Brothers, G.K. Morris Trucking, Global Transport, Sunbury Transport, Sergents Transport, Quality Transport, H&R Trucking Howard Little, Camp Aldershot and most recently as a driver for Kings Point to Point transportation. Above all else, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
