Amy May Bezanson was born on 25 May 1938 at East Dalhousie, Nova Scotia.3,2 She married Paul Kingsley Ewing on 29 June 1957. She was 19.2,1 Amy May Bezanson died on 14 November 2016 at Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton, Nova Scotia, at age 78.3 She was buried in North Kingston Cemetery, North Kingston, Nova Scotia.3

Ewing, Amy Mae - age 78 of Kingston passed away peacefully on November 14, 2016 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born on May 25, 1938 in East Dalhousie, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Alma (Veinotte) Bezanson.
Amy is survived by her children, Darlean (Fred) Hazelwood of Kingston, Teresa (Tim) Parks of Greenwood, Gwen (Brian) Jordan of Truro and Janice (Jim), Schofield of Nictaux: sisters Pearl and Doris; brothers, Lawson, Harold, Alfred, Vance and Joseph; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Amy was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Paul Kingsley (2004) who she met in Dalhousie, where it was love at first sight.
Amy worked at Sawlers Gardens, Berwick for many years. She was a wonderful mother and friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed going to the mall with her friends and family for tea. Amy loved her dog Lady and cat Casey which gave her comfort in her later years. She will be sadly missed and forever remembered.
At Amy's request, cremation has taken place and she will be interred with her husband Paul. A graveside service for friends and family will be held at 2:00 PM, November 19, 2016 in the North Kingston Cemetery, with Rev. Leon Langille officiating, followed by a reception at the Kingston Legion.3

Born November 1, 1933, in Factorydale, Kings Co., he was a son of the late Wofford Kingsley Ewing and Bertha Barkhouse. Paul had worked as an autobody mechanic for most of his life and had been employed at Forbes Chev Olds, Halifax, Evangeline Motors, Coldbrook, spent some time working in Alberta and most recently was employed at Sawlers Gardens Ltd., Somerset, retiring in 1998.
Surviving are his wife, Amy (Bezanson) Ewing; daughters, Darlean (Fred) Hazelwood, Teresa (Timothy) Parks, all of Kingston; Gwen (Brian) Jordan, Truro; Janice (James) Schofield, Nictaux; three grandsons; eight granddaughters.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Roger; sister, Geraldine. In keeping with Paul's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.3
