Born in Greenfield, Kings Co., she was a daughter of the late Leon and Maude (Bezanson) Card. She and her husband, Campbell MacKay, formerly owned and operated the Lobster Bar Restaurant, Pictou Landing. She had previously worked at Avon Foods, Port Williams. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Surviving are daughters, Greta (Mrs. Roy Pelley), Windsor; Lillian (Mrs. Gordon Davidson), Gaspereau, Kings Co; Iva (Mrs. Marvin Rafuse), Upper Vaughan, Hants Co; sons, Gordon Coffill, Mount Denson, Hants Co; Glenn Coffill, Windsor; Rae Fuller, Toronto; John Fuller, Thompson, Man; 22 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 6 greatgreat-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Campbell MacKay; first husband, Walter Coffill; second husband, Frank E. Fuller; son, Ralph Fuller; grandson, David Marvin Rafuse; great-granddaughter, Shelley Lyndell Cochran; sister, Florence (Mrs. Cecil Lyon); brothers, Walter, Edwin, Carl.

Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday, both in Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King St., Windsor, Lic. Dan Green officiating. Burial in Greenfield Memorial Cemetery.5

     Obituary from The Pictou Advocate (Pictou, Nova Scotia), 12 November 1986:
Edwin Leon Card, 75, of Falmouth, Hants County and Grand Pre, Kings County, died Monday, Nov. 3 in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor.

Born in Boute Island, he was a son of the late Leon and Maude (Bezanson) Card. He was a retired farmer.

He is survived by a sister, Thelma (Mrs Campbell McKay), Pictou Landing; a brother, Carl, Wallbrook; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Florence, and a brother, Walter. Funeral was held Thursday, with Rev. Greg Denton officiating. Burial was in Greenfield Cemetery, Greenfield, Kings County.2
