     Percy Milton Bezanson was born on 26 August 1900 at Day, South Dakota.2,1 He married Ida Ruth Lenk on 25 January 1928 at Los Angeles, California. He was 27. She was 20.3,4 Percy Milton Bezanson and Gertrude Maude Bezanson were guests of honor at the opening of the Old Bezanson townsite founded by their father's brother, Maynard Bezanson, author of the book SODBUSTERS INVADE THE PEACE. A report of this homecoming was published in the Grande Prairie Herald Tribune, Aug. 30, 1988, including a photo of siblings Gertrude and Percy.5 Percy Milton Bezanson died on 6 October 1992 at California at age 92.6,7 He was buried in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Gardena, California.8

Bezanson and the late Blanche Bezanson Chestnut; stepson of the late Jim Chestnut; dearly beloved husband of the late, Ruth Bezanson; father of Arlene (the late Sid) Doney and Gerri (Norm) Tauzin; grandfather of Christine Doney Myers, Eric (Kathleen) Doney, Colette Tauzin, Jeff (Dani) Tauzin and Steven Doney; grandfather-in-law of George Myers; great-grandfather of Erica Myers, Scott Tauzin and Lisa Tauzin; step-great-grandfather of George Paul Myers, Daniel (Pam) Myers and Nicole Myers; brother of Gertrude Mattinson; brother-in-law of Eva (the late Bud) Lenk; uncle of Shirley Mattinson Morano and Wilton (Fran) Mattison; step-brother of Marjorie (John) Carroll, Dale (Jean) Chestnut and the late Kenneth (Pat) Chestnut.
