DANVERS - Vera-Jean (Humphrey) Stramski, 84, of Danvers, died Monday, September 12, 2011 at the Radius Healthcare of Danvers following a long illness.
Born in Beverly, she was the daughter of the late William T. and Elizabeth Mae (Bezanson) Humphrey. She was the wife of the late Clarence J. Stramski and was also predeceased by her first husband, Joseph F. Burak.
Vera-Jean was a resident of Danvers for most of her life.
She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Susan and Richard Harrington of Danvers, Sally Cunningham of Hampton, NH, six grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, one sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth Betty and James Shatswell of Salem and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Naoma H. Haseltine and Melvin Humphrey.
