     Mary Langille was born in 1830. She married Harry Kelly.

     George Langille was born in 1831.¹ He married Elizabeth (?). George Langille From: The Shepherds of Markland by Scott Winston Teal, Page 102-103 The Bunk Langilles The Bunk Langilles are a branch of the Freetas Langilles, already belonging to that family. Headed by George Langille listed here, the son of Jean, son of Frederick, son of David, son of Daniel, son of Daniel. The name "BUNK" revolved around a story concerning a sleigh in the late 1800s. Apparently a member of George's family was involved in some crazy situation concerning a sleigh and some of the local children began calling George's children Bunks. It is my feeling that the original Bunk Langilles were not a well liked group of people! George moved to Waldegrave, stayed a few years but then moved his family to Cape John, which at this time was classed as a rough neighbourhood, around 1875. One night after a dance at the local hall in Cape John, a gang waited for Edward Langille, attacked him and badly beat him until he suffered extensive mental damage and nearly died. He recovered but his mental health gradually deteriated to the point where he was placed in a mental institution and died there! George and his wife did not live long lives and none of their daugthers are thought to have reached adulthood. One son may have been killed in a mining accident. The original Bunks were not a close family. They talked very little about other family members. Most of George's sons lived short lives. The longest living child John William, became known as Johnny Bunt or "Bundy John". He lived in a bent over house on the Mountain Road in River John.

     Edward Langille was born on 28 April 1864.¹ He never married - see Teal notes under George Langille, his father. He died at a mental institution, Nova Scotia.

     Mary Langille was born on 8 July 1867.¹

     Susan Langille was born on 8 July 1869.¹

     John William Langille was born on 4 October 1868.¹ He married Cinderella Heighton on 19 December 1892. He lived at River John, Nova Scotia.

     Cinderella Heighton was born in 1872.¹ She married John William Langille on 19 December 1892. He was 24.²

     James Langille died at Canadian Prairies. He Never married.

     Henry Heighton Langille was born on 26 January 1895.¹ He married Maud Isabel Nicholson. Henry Heighton Langille died on 9 August 1985 at age 90.¹ He lived at Pictou, Nova Scotia.

     Maud Isabel Nicholson was born on 21 July 1895.¹ She married Henry Heighton Langille. Maud Isabel Nicholson died on 6 January 1989 at age 93.¹

     Arthur Melvin Langille was born in 1922.¹ He never married. He died in WWII.

     John Langille died at River John, Nova Scotia.¹ He Never married, Fought in WW1.

     Abram Langille Never married.
