Heidi Ann (Bezanson) Jackman passed away unexpectedly April 15th at Exeter Hospital surrounded by her loved ones, at the age of 53. She was born in Quincy, MA April 28, 1964 and the beloved daughter of the late Bruce Alexander Bezanson and Marilyn Alice (Johnson) Petit.
She lived the majority of her beautiful life in Rockingham County. For the past 4 years she resided in Raymond, NH, living life on the lake.
She was predeceased by her father Bruce A. Bezanson in 2001, her grandfather George L. Steele in 2009, her grandmother Lena E. Steele in 2012 and her stepfather Paul R. Lamarre in 2013.
Family members include her beloved husband of 32 years, Jeffrey D. Jackman; Her kids at she lovingly referred to them, daughter Samantha A. Anderson and son-in-law Roger L. Anderson II of Raymond, NH. Her grandbabies Anthony L. Anderson and Kimberly E. Anderson of Raymond, NH; Her mother Marilyn A. Petit and partner Francesco Calascibetta of Fremont, NH; Brother Alan Jenner of Rutland, MA; Brother Wayne Jenner and wife Robin Jenner of Mesa, Arizona; Sister Lisa M. Deyermond of NH; Sister Holly E. Bezanson of Raymond, NH; Sister-in-Law Deborah J. Gilman of Aurora, CO; Brother-in-Law Timothy J. Jackman and wife Lisa Jackman of Reno, NV; Brother-in-Law John A. She took pride in her marriage, her daughter and son-in-law, her grandbabies, her work, her sister Holly and to be the first one in her family to receive a Bachelor's in Social Work. Heidi dedicated her life to taking care of others. She helped raise many of her nieces and nephews, took care of her disabled sister her entire life, cared for her elderly grandparents until they died at home and was a social worker for over 30 years, serving many different area agencies. Her husband and her began a respite home in Plaistow, NH during the early 1980's. Her last act of caring was donating her organs to those in need, because her own father was a heart recipient. Heidi was an avid church member and became a deacon in 2016. She enjoyed spending time with her husband and sister during their adventures. She loved spending time on the lake with family surrounding her. She will be remember by her husband and daughter as their rock throughout their lives together.
Visiting hours will be Friday, April 20, 2018 from 1:30-3:30 PM at the Raymond Congregational Church. The memorial service will follow at the church starting at 3:30 PM. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery.1
