Vivian Irene Bezanson – age 67, of South Alton, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022 in the Halifax Infirmary, QEII Health Sciences Centre.
Born in Kentville, she was a daughter of the late Ronald and Velma (Medicraft) Fraser.
Vivian had been employed with MT&T in Kentville. She enjoyed bowling for many years until the New Minas bowling alley closed. She also enjoyed tending to her flower gardens. She was a big supporter of her sons’ sporting activities. She had a love for horseback riding with her sister-in-law, Lorraine and the girls on the local trails.
She is survived by husband, Garth; sons, Gregory (Robyn), Tupper Lake; Timothy (Brittany), South Alton; brothers, Wes (Laura), Alberta; Mark (Sara), South Alton; nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sister, Kathy.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation, by request. A graveside service will be held in the Elm Grove Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. A video webcast of the service will be available at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2022.
