     Emma Mason was born on 2 February 1864 or 2 February 1865 at Big Tancook Island, Nova Scotia.¹ She married Edward Heisler on 4 October 1883 at Baptist Church, Halifax, Nova Scotia.¹ Emma Mason and Edward Heisler had 14 children.¹ Emma Mason died on 21 August 1943 at Halifax, Nova Scotia.¹

     Calvin Mason was born on 22 October 1866 at Big Tancook Island, Nova Scotia.¹ He appeared on the census of 1871 at Tancook, Nova Scotia, in the household of George Peter Mason and Eunice Cross with Alice Mason, Emma Mason, George Mason and Estella May Mason.² Calvin Mason married Jessie Horn on 31 December 1902 at Boston, Massachusetts. He was 36.³ Calvin Mason was a fisherman.⁴ He died on 2 March 1911 at age 44 when he was washed overboard while working on the schooner Susan and Mary under the command of Capt. Gourley Anderson. The schooner was 45 miles east of Thacher's island when he lost his footing and went overboard. The seas were quite rough and the crew was unable to rescue him.^1,5,4

     George Mason was born on 18 June 1868 at Big Tancook Island, Nova Scotia.¹ He appeared on the census of 1871 at Tancook, Nova Scotia, in the household of George Peter Mason and Eunice Cross with Alice Mason, Emma Mason, Calvin Mason and Estella May Mason.² George Mason married Annie Nickerson on 25 December 1893. He was 25.¹

     Estella May Mason was born on 18 August 1870 at Big Tancook Island, Nova Scotia.¹ She married Edward A. Stuart on 26 April 1899 at Malden, Massachusetts. She was 28.² Estella May Mason died on 12 August 1952 at Foxboro, Massachusetts, at age 81.^3,4 The cause of death was bronchopneumonia. She was also suffering from arteriosclerosis and senile psychosis.⁴ She was buried on 14 August 1952 in Hope's Rest Cemetery, Middleboro, Massachusetts.⁵

     William Mason was born on 15 June 1872 at Big Tancook Island, Nova Scotia.^1,2 He was a proprietor at Hancock Street Fish Market in 1970.³ He lived at 21 Plumer Street, Everett, Massachusetts, at the time of his death. According to his death certificate, he lived there 30 years.³ He died on 12 October 1970 at Widden Memorial Hospital, Everett, Massachusetts, at age 98.^2,4,3 The cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage.³ He was buried on 15 October 1970 in Hope's Rest Cemetery, Middleboro, Massachusetts.³

     Benjamin Mason was born on 2 August 1873 or 20 August 1873 at Big Tancook Island, Nova Scotia.¹ He appeared on the census of 1881 at Tancook, Nova Scotia, in the household of Eunice Cross with Alice Mason, Emma Mason, Freeman Mason and Thomas Mason.² Benjamin Mason moved to western Canada.¹

     Freeman Mason was born on 19 July 1876 at Big Tancook Island, Nova Scotia.¹ He became a naturalized U.S. citizen on 26 February 1900.² He married Sarah May Nauss on 18 November 1903 at Everett, Massachusetts. He was 27. She was 25.³ Freeman Mason died on 29 June 1964 at Boston, Massachusetts, at age 87.⁴
