Leona is survived by her sons, Ernest (Holly), Canaan; and Lester, Chester Grant; daughters, Juanita Collicutt, Chester Basin; Valerie (Willis) Baker, Port Medway; Bernice (Thomas) Nauss, Windsor Road; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sister, Ellen Wamboldt, Milton; and Leatha Farley, Hillsview Acres.

She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence; son-in-law, Vincent Collicutt; sister, Violet; and brother, Joe. As requested, there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Kingdom Hall, Simms Settlement, with Leon Whitters officiating. Burial will follow in Aenon Baptist Cemetery, Chester Basin. Family flowers only, please. The family would like to give their sincere thanks to the wonderful staff at South Shore Regional Hospital for their care and kindness to mom and dad. Arrangements have been entrusted to Davis Funeral Home, Chester.2

Clarence is survived by his wife, Leona (Dauphinee); sons, Ernest (Holly) and Lester; daughters, Juanita Collicutt, Valerie Baker and Bernice Nauss.

FARLEY – Letha Melissa, 93, of Dartmouth, NS, formerly of Port Medway, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Oakwood Terrace Nursing Home, Dartmouth on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.

Born in Mill Village, Queens County, Letha was a daughter of the late Joseph and Althea (Bezanson) Dauphinee.

Letha worked as a production worker for thirty years with Salada Foods in Toronto until her retirement. She enjoyed playing cards, especially 45’s.

Letha is survived by her sons Arnold (Cheryl) of Dartmouth and Lorne (Linda) of Oshawa, ON; a number of grandchildren as well as her sister Ellen Wamboldt of Milton.

Besides her parents, Letha was predeceased by her daughter Nancy Drysdale, her son Robert, her sisters Violet Wolfe and Leona Bezanson and her brother Joseph.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ funeral Home, Liverpool. A graveside memorial service will be held in Mill Village Community Cemetery on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.2

Surviving are daughter, Cavell Kirkwood, Dartmouth; sisters, Violet (Mrs. Sandy Wolfe), Milton; Leona (Mrs. Clarence Bezanson), Chester Basin; Letha Farley, Mill Village, Queens Co; Ellen (Mrs. Lindy Wamboldt), Milton; several nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service at a later date in Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie.3
