She was 17. He was 25.4 Annie Mae Bezanson died on 12 April 2003 at Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia, at age 85.2 She was buried in West Branch Cemetery, River John.5

HOLT (Bezanson), Annie Mae - 85, West Branch, passed away peacefully in Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche, April 12, 2003.

Born on Dalhousie Mountain, Pictou Co., she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Margaret (Lynds) Bezanson. She was a member of West Branch Presbyterian Church. Annie was a dearly loved mother of daughters, Betty (Donald) Langille, Wanda MacKenzie, both of River John; Diane (Bobbie) MacInnis, Black River; sons, James (Florence), Fort Erie, Ont; Jack (Barb), West Branch; Stanley (Jean), Welsford; Eric (Jenny), Etobicoke, Ont; Donnie, West Branch; she was a loving grandmother of 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; sisters, Cassie, Mary, Libbie; numerous nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Annie MacPhee, Helen Bezanson.

She was predeceased by her husband, Russell; son, Scott; grandsons, Evan Holt, Kelly Innis; great-grandson, Randy Holt; granddaughter, Donna Holt; brothers, George, William, David, Raymond, Steward, James.

Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today in MacLeod's Funeral Home, River John. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday in West Branch Presbyterian Church, Rev. Jeanette Fleischer officiating. Spring burial will be held at a later date.2
